GENERAL INFO

20th ANNUAL BBQ/BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL
Each year, the 3rd weekend in August, over 25 BBQ teams compete at our festival in Worland, Wyo. for prizes totaling $15,000! This event draws nearly 2000 spectators.

AT THE FESTIVAL
The Washakie County Fairgrounds is a large grassy area, surrounded by plenty of shade trees. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs. No pets are allowed at the festival. BBQ smoking is all that is allowed on the fairground property; please do not bring tobacco products.

BONE BUCKS
All purchases at the BBQ Festival must be made with bone bucks which can be bought at the two onsite Pinnacle Bank locations. Bone Bucks are used in order to ensure vendors get paid appropriately. This also helps maintain free admission into the festival. If you have unused Bone Bucks, you can cash them back in, but at the festival only. No bone bucks will be cashed back in after the festival closes. You can also save unused Bone Bucks for use at the next years festival or donate them back.
